Single Storey Bungalow 

Flocc were tasked with extending this bungalow into a spacious family home with a particular focus on how the space could be used to entertain. The client wanted to create a large open plan living/dining/ kitchen, which would work for them on a daily basis, but also allow them to open it up to their friends for entertaining.

In order to create more space we extended the bungalow to the side. Careful consideration was given to materiality, settling on red brick that complimented the existing materials, allowing us to create an extension which grew from the building and providing a harmonious connection between old and new.
